Apple muesli

This is a really easy way to have a healthy and quick breakfast, as long as you have your food processor like I do pretty much sitting on the side of the kitchen all the time. What’s the point of having these time saving gadgets at the back of your cupboard!! Get it out and use it for making breakfast funky!

1 apple

1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut

1 teaspoon of sesame seeds

1 tablespoons of goji berries

1 tablespoon of almonds

almond or nut butter of choice

You can add bee pollen granules if you aren’t vegan.

Chop the apple into quarters and put into a food processor with the blade, and add the rest of the ingredients. Process it for about 20-30 seconds maximum, then drizzle with some almond butter.

Go eat and be energised.
