I love this, I make it every week for my breakfast and for dessert when I fancy a lemon type mousse. It’s very easy but then all the recipes tend to be because I can’t be bothered with a lot of faffing around!

1 avocado

1 medium banana

1 whole lemon

2 drops of doTerra lemon essential oil

optional extras to add alongside for breakfast

linseed meal, I love the Linseed Farms because they mill it and sell it straight away so it’s lovely and fresh tasting.

goji berries

cashew nuts

almonds – you can soak them to improve the digestion of them

desiccated coconut

Put the avocado deseeded and skin removed into the blender, then remove the skin from the lemon and add this, and add the banana. Blend them all until smooth. That’s it!

You can serve with the optional extra’s. Enjoy! Life is easy.
