From one of my lovely clients this morning…
My yoga practice has been completely transformed.
I’ve got this sudden strength and sturdiness in my shoulder girdle that I’ve always dreamed of having. I’m doing poses that I’ve never managed to do in 10 years of practice.
Unbelievable…and I’ve lost weight….
